Summertime Smoothies

One of the many great things about summer is how energized and motivated we are to lead a health-inspired life. We’ve fully recovered from winter hibernation-mode, and are revved up and ready to look and feel great! Here are some creative smoothie recipes to start our summer days off right, and to keep the momentum going for a fun and fabulous summer.

Wake-Me-Up Matcha Smoothie

1/2 cucumber

1/2 avocado (pit & skin removed)

Handful of fresh spinach

1 tbsp Organic Matcha Power®

Sprig of fresh mint

1 cup apple juice

Add all ingredients to blender, blend on high until smooth.
Add more liquid for desired consistency. Serve immediately and relish this refreshing pick-me-up!

Tropical Carrot Smoothie

1 orange (with skin removed)

½ cup frozen mango chunks

1 tbsp Organic Carrot Juice Powder

1 cup coconut water

½ tsp finely grated fresh ginger

1 tsp finely grated fresh turmeric

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend on high until smooth.
Add more liquid for desired consistency. Serve immediately and savor the vibrant orange sunshine-in-a-cup.

Beet & Berry Power Smoothie

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 tbsp Organic Beet Juice Powder

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp ground chia seeds

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend on high until smooth.
Add more liquid for desired consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy the ruby, antioxidant-rich elixir.
