How do I subscribe?
When adding a product to your cart online:

1. Select quantity

2. Select autoship interval under Subscribe & Save drop-down (30, 45, 60 or 90 days)

3. Select Add to cart

4. Then continue checking out as usual. Your product(s) will be automatically charged to your secure credit card on file and shipped at the delivery interval you’ve selected.

What are the benefits of joining this program?
You will receive 10% off every order PLUS the convenience of an auto shipment right to your doorstep at an interval of your choosing. Savings and peace of mind!
You can also receive free standard shipping (in the contiguous U.S) on orders $49 and above. Orders less than $49 will ship for just $4.95.

What is an autoship program?
An autoship program is also known as recurring delivery. When you place an order under autoship, you’ll automatically receive the product(s) and quantity of your choosing at the frequency you select (30, 45, 60 or 90 days). These recurring deliveries make receiving your products super easy and convenient, and will be automatically billed to your credit card. Never run out of your favorite PURE SYNERGY® products again.

Is there an annual fee?
No, there is no annual fee.

Can I use PayPal for my subscriptions?
No, you will need to pay with credit card for the initial order and that card will be kept on file with our payment processor in order to charge your subscription orders as they ship.

Managing Your Subscribe & Save

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime (and re-subscribe at any time!). No strings attached.

How do I cancel a subscription?
It’s no problem to cancel a product subscription anytime up until the day before your next shipment is scheduled to go out.

1. Sign into “My Account” in upper right hand corner.
2. Click “My Product Subscriptions”.
3. Select “Cancel Subscription” next to desired item.
4. Confirm “Yes” you would like to remove.

Can I add a product to my subscription?
Yes!

1. Sign into “My Account” in upper right hand corner.
2. Click “My Product Subscriptions”.
3. Click “Add Subscription Plan Item”.
4. Select product, quantity, next ship-date, frequency.
5. Click submit. You can also add a product through the main product pages (see question #1).

Can I pause an item in my subscription?
Yes!

1. Sign into “My Account” in upper right hand corner.
2. Click “My Product Subscriptions”
3. Select “Pause Subscription” next to desired item.

How do I change the frequency of a subscription?
1. Sign into “My Account” in upper right hand corner.
2. Click “My Product Subscriptions”
3. Choose the new frequency next to the item.

How do I change the ship date of a subscription?
1. Sign into “My Account” in upper right hand corner.
2. Click “My Product Subscriptions”
3. Select “Edit” next to desired item.
4. Under “Next Ship Date”, select date of your choosing.

Can I change the quantity of a subscription item?
Yes!

1. Sign into “My Account” in upper right hand corner.
2. Click “My Product Subscriptions”
3. Select the quantity next to the item.

Will other current discounts/promotions be applied to my subscribed items automatically?
The Subscribe and Save program offers the best all-around discount and savings for our customers—everyday! So, no worries about missing out on any other promotions or other discounts that may be a better deal. We designed our Subscribe and Save with your best interests at heart. That said, we cannot combine promotions or offers with your Subscribe & Save program.

Shipping Information

How can I receive free shipping?
It’s simple, you can receive free standard shipping (in the contiguous U.S) on orders $49 and above. Orders less than $49 will ship for just $4.95.

Can I combine existing subscriptions to qualify for free shipping?
Yes, you can modify existing subscriptions to put them on the same interval and ship date to reach the $49 minimum for free shipping. Please note items must use the same credit card and ship to the same address to qualify for free shipping.
Just visit My Subscriptions (you must be logged in) to modify your subscriptions.

Will I receive emails notifying me of an upcoming subscription shipment?
Yes, 8 days prior to your scheduled ship date you will receive an email. It will serve as a reminder in case you need to go into your account and make any changes to your upcoming subscription.

Can I be a member of this program if I live internationally?
Yes, you can!
But free shipping will not be an option since this only covers standard shipping in the contiguous US. The 10% discount and auto ship delivery plan would be available to you.

Can I ship subscriptions to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can ship subscription items to multiple addresses. Note that “Free Standard Shipping for orders over $49” applies only to items sent the same day, using the same credit card and shipped to the same address.

Can my subscription items ship to a PO Box?
Yes! Our free standard shipping for orders over $49 applies to PO Boxes.
