Ordering Synergy’s products is easy! You can place your order online using our web store or if you prefer you can place your order by phone using our toll-free number. You can also fax or mail your order to us, using this order form.
We process our orders every weekday at 9:30AM Mountain Time. Orders received after that time will be processed for shipment the next business day.

Order Online
Step #1. Put Items in Your Cart and Begin Checkout
When you click on any Purchase Now button, you’ll enter the secure online store to shop. Select the product(s) and quantity you wish and click the Add to Cart button. When you have all items in your Shopping Cart, click the Checkout button. If you have a coupon – please enter it now and press Submit button.
Step #2. Personal Details
If you are a returning customer and have not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in. If you are a new customer (or if this is your first purchase on our new website), you will be prompted to provide your contact information, as well as billing and shipping addresses. Once you have logged in, simply click Continue.

Select method of payment: We can accept only credit cards for online orders at this time. Credit cards are processed when your order is prepared for shipping. For your protection, credit card information is not saved in your online account. Click Continue.
Step #4. Place Order
Sales Tax: Only shipments to Utah addresses are charged sales tax.
Coupon Redemption:
If you have a valid coupon you’d like to apply to your order, please enter the coupon code number when you begin your Checkout and be sure to press Submit. If your coupon code does not work, please continue to submit your order and add a note in the comments field with your coupon code (after adding payment details). We will promptly research the coupon and get back to you prior to processing your order.

If you were referred by a friend who is an existing Synergy customer, please include your friend’s name or customer number in the Add Comments field during checkout. Senior Citizen:
If you are a senior citizen (65+), please request the senior discount and provide your birth year and your telephone in the order comments section.
Click Submit Order to place your order. An automatic email will be sent immediately confirming the order was placed. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is fully processed and ready for shipment.
